About Me
I am a first generation Filipina from NJ who has wanted to become a physician since high school. Since I knew what it took to get into medical school, I worked my hardest, striving for straight A's in high school and applied to my top college, Drexel University.

Unfortunately, I transferred out of Drexel due to unforeseen circumstances and ended up attending my local university, Monmouth University, where I earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology with a concentration in Molecular Cell Physiology and a double minor in Chemistry and Spanish (what a mouthful!).

I attended the American University of Antigua College of Medicine and moved to the beautiful island of Antigua and Barbuda for 2 years while taking my basic science courses (A&P, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, etc). I met the most amazing people there and made the greatest friends!

I completed all my clinical rotations in Brooklyn, NY and California and am starting my first year of Emergency Medicine Residency in California this July.

This website is dedicated for those interested in medicine, whether you are thinking about medical school or are currently a student. This platform provides the information, tools, and resources needed through every step of medical school - Basic Sciences, Clinical Rotations, and Residency. I even have sections dedicated my journey throughout my residency and my hobbies!

My goal is to help all medical students (IMG or US-IMG) in achieving their goals as well as spreading awareness of International Medical Graduates matching into top residencies in the United States. I love helping other students who and therefore this is my way of giving back. Feel free to message me through my social media handles as well as in the Contact section and I will definitely help you out!
